Collection of Non-Personally Identifiable Information
Our web servers automatically capture non-personally identifiable information including, but limited to, your domain name, the IP address of the webpage from which you enter our site, the pages that you visit on our site, the click-through rates, and the amount of time that you spend here. However, the individual user will remain anonymous. We may use and analyze this data for trends and to improve our site.

When you engage in activities such as registering for programs, you may be required to submit personal information to VECTRA FUTSAL. This information will include data such as your name, address, phone number, fax number, and email address. VECTRA FUTSAL reserves the right to provide personally identifiable information to third parties if VECTRA FUTSAL reasonably believes that this release of information is necessary to comply with legal requirements or legal process or to protect and defend the rights or property of VECTRA FUTSAL.

 

Privacy with Respect to Minors
VECTRA FUTSAL does not knowingly collect or use information from children under the age of 13 without the consent of a parent or guardian.

 

Cookies
When you visit our site, we may place a cookie on your computer that will allow us to track your visit to our site and help us to improve the site. The cookies will not provide VECTRA FUTSAL with any personally identifiable information about you.

If you send VECTRA FUTSAL credit card information, VECTRA FUTSALwill encrypt this information between your computer and our server. Other information that you send to this site, including email messages, will not be encrypted unless we advise you otherwise. Although our site has industry standard security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information that is under our control, VECTRA FUTSAL cannot guarantee complete security.

 

Changes to Policy
This policy may change over time. Your continued use of the site after these changes are posted constitutes your agreement to the changes with regard to information collected.

If paying using an ACH, please note that funds take 7 business days to clear our bank. Should your funds not be received, this invoice will be considered unpaid and you will be contacted for payment.

VECTRA FUTSAL ACADEMY ("VECTRA FUTSAL") does not offer refunds. VECTRA FUTSAL reserves the right to terminate your registration without a refund, for cause. A $30 fee will be charged for all returned checks, ACH non-sufficient funds and credit card disputes.

 

I acknowledge that I have authorized VECTRA FUTSAL to automatically charge my credit card for my full bill on the day that my program begins. The authorization will remain in effect unless I update the settings in my account at https://accounts.leagueapps.com/login?client_id=1&siteId=57186

Any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to your participation, registration, or other involvement with VECTRA FUTSAL, including the determination of the scope or applicability of this agreement to arbitrate, shall be determined by arbitration in Chicago, Illinois before a single arbitrator. The arbitration shall be administered by JAMS pursuant to its Comprehensive Arbitration Rules and Procedures and its Consumer Arbitration Minimum Standards. The parties agree that (a) neither party shall be entitled to any depositions and (b) written discovery shall be limited to requests to produce documents that are directly relevant to significant issues in the case or to the case’s outcome. The parties further agree to waive an oral hearing pursuant to JAMS Rule 23 and the dispute shall be decided by the Arbitrator based solely upon written submissions, which may include affidavits and other relevant evidence.

 

The parties shall maintain the confidential nature of the arbitration proceeding and the Award, including the Hearing, except as may be necessary to prepare for or conduct the arbitration hearing on the merits, or except as may be necessary in connection with a court application for a preliminary remedy, a judicial challenge to an Award or its enforcement, or unless otherwise required by law or judicial decision.

In any arbitration between the parties, the arbitrator is not empowered to award punitive or exemplary damages, except where permitted by statute, and the parties waive any right to recover any such damages. In addition, the arbitrator may not award any incidental, indirect or consequential damages, including damages for lost profits. However, the arbitrator shall award to the prevailing party, if any, the costs and attorneys' fees reasonably incurred by the prevailing party in connection with the arbitration.
